Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing to patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 80 cases patients were randomly divided into the investigation group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The former took the comfort nursing, patients in control group received routine nursing, and then compared the nursing effect of them. Results The effects of investigation group were better than that of the control group. There were significant difference in comfort score, complications and average hospitalization days between the investigation group and the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve comfort;reduce the incidence of complications and hospital stay, and worthy of being recommended for use in clinical practice.
