Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence -based nursing on the comfort in patients with coronary heart disease alter interventional treat- ment.Method 70 patients alter interventional treatment were divided into experimental group(36 cases)and control group(34 cases).The evidence - based nursing was applied in the experimental group,while the patients in the control group received routine nursing.Result The patients' back pain, rate of insomnia,dysuria,and flatulence in the experimental group were lower than that of control group (P0.01 or P0.05 ).Conclusion The appli- cation of evidence -based nursing can promte patients' comfort after interventional treatment and improve the quality of nursing.
