Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in interventional therapy of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 80 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients with interventional therapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given conventional care during operation period, the observation group was given evidence-based nursing based on the control group, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge before surgery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Physiological,psychological,social and cultural aspects' comfort in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).Postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing makes nursing more targeted; it can significantly improve the comfort and reduce complications of interventional therapy in acute myocardial infarction patients. Key words: Evidence-based nursing; Acute myocardial infarction; Interventional therapy; Effect
