Abstract
To increase the production ofe-polylysine from Streptomyces C1,response surface method was applied to optimize the fermentation medium on the basis of orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum fermentation medium was glucose of 23.0g/L,beef extract of 4g/L, peptone of 3g/L,C6H14N2O7of 1.84g/L,pH value of 4.0.Under the above condition, the yield ofe-polylysine reached 0.86g/L,which was closed to the level(0.80g/L)predicted by model.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
