Abstract
Medium ingredients for e-PL production by Streptomyces albus B-215 were analyzed and optimized by model establishment using response surface methodology(RSM).The optimal medium and incubation conditions were obtained as follows: glucose 55.50g/L,ammonium sulfate 12.25g/L,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1.72g/L,yeast extract 7.80g/L,filling volume of liquid medium 50ml/500ml,pH value 7,inoculum size 10%,rotate speed 180r/min.Under these conditions,e-PL yield was 0.948g/L.Verification experiments showed that experimental modelwas accurate, reliable.
