Investigation and Analysis of Willingness of the Medical Disputes

Medical dispute is a form of doctor-patient conflict.In recent years,a growing number of conflicts arises from medical disputes all over the country.Both the doctors and patients want to maximize their respective benefits.Currently,there are mainly 3 kinds of solutions to medical disputes:civil litigation,consultation between the medical organization and the patients and administrative arbitration.According to the result of investigation of both doctors' and patients' inclination,the advantages and limitations existing in these 3 kinds of solutions are analyzed,and that hospitals provide social as well as psychological services and strengthen doctor-patient communications on the basis of bringing in medical social work is proposed.In this way,a new medical mechanism for mediating medical dispute can be established.
