Abstract

There are more and more cases of medical disputes so it is necessary to work out ways solving the problems,say developing a set of feasible mechanism.Based on the basic mechanism of ADR,many cases of medical dispute in different countries are analyzed,along with the analysis of Chinese system of medical dispute solving.There are proposals to develop an efficient measurement.
