Study on Mechanism of ADR in Medical Dispute

It is a special historical time that China is experiencing the social and medical reformation.It seems unusual for the growth rate of medical disputes and the complex social problems in dealing with medical dispute.It is necessary to resolve medical disputes fast,effective and low-cost,establish and maintain a good doctor-patient relationship,effectively integrate the resources for dispute resolution,and explore the diversified medical dispute resolution system.Alternative dispute resolution(ADR) is a good international common method of resolving medical disputes.This study summarizes the development background and foreign medical dispute resolution mechanism of ADR;moreover,combined with China's national conditions,we put forward some recommendations for construction and improvement of ADR medical dispute mechanism in China.
