Abstract

By means of analysis of 162 Medical disputes,the author discussed the occurrence regularity,characteristics,high-risk factors and deep-seated reasons of the medical dispute.Some suggestions and methods were put forward to cope with the medical dispute in order to constantly improve the social benefits and the economic benefit of the military hospitals.
