On Perfecting of Land Planning System of China

This paper generalizes the achievement of the foregoing two rounds of land planning of China,analyses the problems in the present land planning system,such as various kinds of planning,indistinct demarcation of work,lack of timely planning,lack of interlink with industrial planning or city planning,and lack of consideration of unified design of the city and the countryside.The paper also puts forward suggestion to improve the land planning system.
