Research into Land Use Planning System

Some problems arising in the land use planning system of China are analyzed and discussed. Through analysis of the status of land use system and the planning content in perspectives of law and the national planning system, this paper proposes the requirement of coordinated planning. Based on the analysis, an optimized national land use planning system is put forward. And discussions are also made about the interrelated aspects of time, space and task of planning. Finally, some key points of the implementation of land use planning are proposed.
