Analysis of the factors influencing the quality of basic nursing

Objective To identify the current situation of basic nursing in our hospital,in order to take improvement measures to improve the quality of basic nursing.Method We analyzed the main problems and reasons in basic nursing quality check.Results Generally,the quality of basic nursing and patients satisfaction were relatively high.However,there were some problems influencing the quality of nursing in the following areas,such as the tidiness and comfort of the bed,catheterization nursing,morning and evening care,practical techniques,et al.Conclusion The nurses in each level should strengthen and pay close attention to the basic nursing,implement the rules and regulations strictly and improve the quality of nursing constantly.
