Quality Management Tools Application in Basic Nursing Quality Control in Critical Patients

Objective:To investigate the application of advanced quality management tools to optimize the nursing quality control, improve the quality of nursing. Method:Applied statistics, quality management tools such as Plato analysis summarized the result of the basic nursing quality control in critical patients and continuous improvement.Result:By applying quality management tool for quality control analysis, improve nursing staff quality consciousness, enhance the nurses work sense of responsibility, the quality of basic nursing and patients satisfaction had improved significantly. Conclusion:The use of quality management tools are written records can be more intuitive to reflect the problems existing in the basic nursing quality control, using more convincing data and chart form, each nursing staff can clearly know the problems that exist in the basic nursing department, so as to improve the quality of nursing staff to this basic nursing department emphasis, stimulated the enthusiasm of nurses in the quality management and active and effective rectification.
