The methods and experience of establishing the basic nursing quality control system

Objective: To ensure the basic nursing quality in the clinic nursing work. Methods: Measures were adopted to strengthen the basic nursing, such as establishing an effective management mechanism, laying down the enforcement plan, defining a criterion of the basic nursing, implementing scientific management and developing a movement to encourage all staff to participate in the basic nursing work. Results: The understanding and consciousness of the basic nursing was enhanced, and the nurse’s professional and technical value was embodied. Conclusion: Establishing a basic nursing quality control system and strengthen, compartmentalized and quantize the basic nursing can improve the nursing quality and increase the patient satisfactions level.
