Investigation on the methods of improving the quality of basic nursing of hospital

Objective:To improve the quality of basic nursing and the hospital level so as to increase the social and economic benefit of the hospital.Methods:Summary of the nursing defect of the work;establish the target of optimum quality and enrich the composition of nursing staff;increase the training aspects of business,and establish a good personnel training mechanism.Results:After the measures of enhancing the nursing quality in our hospital,its passing rate of sampling in basic nursing was 95%,with other qualified rate was more than 90%.And it was all became clean,neat,comfortable and safe,quiet,without complications standard for the basic nursing.The standard-reaching rate of nurse etiquette,the nurses' writing skills were 88%,90%;95% nurses loved their job and 85% nurses decided to continue further study.Conclusion:Changing the nursing philosophy is the fundamental factors of affecting the quality of basic nursing in hospital.It is assurance for improving the quality of basic nursing of hospital with the standard service of the quality of basic nursing as standard.
