Integrated Treatment Results of Gastrointestinal Bleeding Ulcer

Objective To compare the two methods,effects of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods 80 cases were divided into different treatment groups. The treatment group(traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment)40 cases and the control group(western medicine treatment)40 cases,the control group oral omeprazole 20mg enteric-coated tablets,intramuscular injection of 10 mg Tongxinluo blood,2/d,aminomethylbenzoic acid 0.4g,10% of grapes intravenous 500 mL,1/d,for 2 weeks treatment group treatment in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine and clothes,a daily,for 2 weeks. Results Cure rate of the treatment group,there are significant efficiency and total efficiency of the control group(P0.05), the efficiency of the control group(P0.05); treatment group fecal occult blood test negative time(4.5 ± 2.4)days,lower than the control group(6.9±3.6)days; ulcer healing in the treatment group efficiency and efficient control group(P0.05),the efficiency of the control group(P0.05) in the treatment group efficiency and ulcer healing efficient control group(P0.05),the efficiency of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Integrative Medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding have a good effect.
