Sixty-Four Cases with Oral Ulcer after Ulocarcinoma Operation Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine on oral ulcer after ulocarcinoma operation. Methods: 64 cases with ulocarcinoma were randomized into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group. Control group were given Vitamin B2,Vitamin and Cydiodine Buccal Tablets for the treatment while treatment group were added with modified Red-Guiding Powder. Results: The effective rate of observation group( 87. 5%) was higher than that of control group( 65. 6%)( P 0. 05). After the treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs,the ulcer area and blood congestion area of observation group were all better than these in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and western medicine has definite therapeutic effects on oral ulcer after ulocarcinoma operation and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
