Abstract
Objective To study clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of refractory peptic ulcer. Methods 100 patients diagnosed refractory peptic ulcer were divided into two groups randomly. 50 cases in control group were treated by lansoprazole. Treatment group received Jianwei Xiaoyan granule on the basis of control group treatment. The clinical effect, healing condition and quality,HP eradication rate and recurrence were analyzed after three months of treatment. Result The total effective rate of experiment group was 96. 0%,that of control group was 82. 0%,there were statistical difference between two groups( P 0. 05). The ulcer healing condition and ulcer healing quality under gastroscope in experiment group were better than that in control group( P 0. 05). The HP eradication rate of experiment group were better than control group, there were statistical difference( P 0. 05). The recurrence rate in experiment group was lower than that in control group after six and nine months of withdrawal( P 0. 05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of refractory peptic ulcer was good at to alleviate clinical symptoms, promote healing condition and quality. And the clinical effect was affirmative and significant.
