Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of different concentrations of Oridonin on tumor H22 apoptosis in mice. Methods:We divided ascites tumor mice into three experiment groups and control group. The three experiment groups were given different concentrations of Oridonin, and the effects of Oridonin on mouse H22 tumor cell apoptosis were observed in the experiment groups and the control group. Results:The mouse H22 tumor cell was sensitive to Oridonin and Oridonin could apparently prolong the mouse life cycle(P0.01) and The mouse weight showed no loss after experiment, and the apoptosis rate was increased with Oridonin concentrations increasing. Conclusion:Different concentrations of Oridonin can induce the tumor H22 apoptosis in mice.
