On the Innovation of Organization Models of Knowledge Enterprises

Abstract

In the age of new economy,the vital enterprise is the one that is innovative,flexible and based on knowledge production and management.But the organization innovation is one of the main paths to restructure the enterprise to be the one that is knowledge technology intensive.In this paper,the authors firstly analyze intension of knowledge management and characteristics of knowledge enterprise,and then study some typical organization of knowledge enterprises.
