Knowledge Management in the Process of Enterprise Distributed Innovation

Abstract

Distributed innovation is a new way to capture new knowledge for enterprises, and knowledge management in the process of distributed innovation is the core of enterprise management. This paper presents the SCIRA process model of knowledge management in the process of distributed innovation, and analyzes the relationship between knowledge management and the performance of distributed innovation. There is a positive correlation between knowledge management and the performance of enterprise innovation.
