The Innovation of Knowledge Enterprises' Organization Models

In the age of knowledge economy, the vital enterprise is the one that is innovative, flexible and based on knowledge production and management. But the organization Innovation is one of the main paths to redesign enterprise as knowledge one. In this paper, we firstly analyze intension of knowledge management and characteristics of knowledge enterprise. Secondly we study some typical patterns of organization Innovation based on knowledge management. Finally we put forward that with the rapid development and extensive application of it which continuously provides new foundation for Innovation, the enterprise must build new types of organization to keep competitive advantage of the future
