Abstract
Knowledge economy is an important promotive factor of current society's progress and economic development.The appearance of knowledge economy makes some traditional concepts of enterprise control bring about fundamental change.In order to meet the need of new economic situation and social change,it is necessary to make enterprise control work innovation and development continuously.This article mainly researches the trend of enterprise control innovation and development,starting from knowledge control,reconstruction of organization network,enterprise culture and development of information system.
