Abstract
Supercritical CO2 extraction of flavone of Lygodium Japonicum (Thunb.)Sw was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the successive order of different effect factors was extraction temperatureextraction pressure CO2 flow rate extraction time and the optimum conditions of the extraction was: temperature 45 ℃,pressure 25 MPa,CO2 flow rate 3.0 L/h,extraction time 3 h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
