Abstract
The extraction technology of flavonoids from persimmon leaves with CO_2 supercritical fluid was studied and the processing parameters were optimized.The results showed that the optimal processing parameters of extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time and the flux of CO_2 were at 30 MPa,50℃,3h,and 30kg·h~(-1),respectively.
