Abstract
This paper researches Lygodium total flavone extraction conditions in an index of total flavone characteristic absorbance value with ethanol extraction method,through the single factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were: 60% ethanol as extraction solvent,liquid ratio(g/ml)1∶40,75℃ water bath for 75min twice.Under the conditions of extraction,the extraction rate of total flavone from Lygodium can reach 2.91%.This method is simple and low-cost,and it is one of the effective processes to the industrial extraction of Lygodium total flavone.
