Abstract
Objective:To study the Ang-2 expression in different invasion stages of breast carcinoma and its significance. Methods:The Ang-2 expression in 42 cases of invasive breast carcinoma,15 cases of breast carcinoma in situ,15 cases of early invasive breast carcinoma and 10 cases of normal breast tissue were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between Ang-2 and the clinical pathology was analyzed. Results:The Ang-2 positive expression rates of the normal breast tissue, breast carcinoma in situ, early invasive breast carcinoma and invasive breast carcinoma were 20%,40%,66.67% and 90.48%,respectively.The Ang-2 positive expression rates in grade Ⅰ,grad Ⅱ and grad Ⅲ invasive breast carcinoma were 73.33%,86.67% and 93.33%,respectively.Conclusion:Ang-2 may play a critical role in the breast carcinoma tissue penetrating basement membrane and infiltrating growth, and it plays a very important part in the pathology and development of invasive breast carcinoma.
