Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between microvessel density(MVD)and clinical pathologic features in tissues of colorectal carcinoma. Methods MVD in colorectal carcinoma was examined by immunohistochemical S-P method with anti-CD105 antibody. Results MVD was significantly different in different pathological grading(P0.05),different invasive depth(P0.05),and also significantly different between with and without lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Conclusion MVD was significantly correlated with histology grade, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
