The Clinical Effect Observation of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline by Nebulization in the Treating of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the clincial effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline by nebulization in the treating of chronic obstructive pulmonary.Methods 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from 2012 January to June treated patients,which were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group based on the given budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy,observe clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results The treatment group the total effective rate was 93.3%(28/30),higher than 80.0% in the control group(24/30),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Treating chronic obstructive pulmonary with budesonide combined terbutaline by nebulization could receive significant effect to extend in clinic.
