Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of nebulized budesonide combined with ipratropine and terbutaline in treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Seventy-six patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.Patients in control group were received conventional anti-infection,repress asthma and expectorant treatment,while patients in observation group were received budesonide,ipratropine and terbutaline on the basis of conventional treatment.Results The effective rate of control and observation group were 68.42%,94.74%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Blood gas analysis and pulmonary function index of the two groups were improved significantly after treatment,and the improvement of blood gas and pulmonary function in observation group were more significantly after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusions The therapy of inhaling nebulized budesonide combined with ipratropine and terbutaline can improve pulmonary function and clinical symptoms significantly,and is easy to use,it is safe and worthy of being extended in clinical. Key words: Acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ; Budesonide ; Ipratropine ; Terbutaline ;
