The clinical observation of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From June 2010 to June 2011,98 cases of COPD acute exacerbation patients were randomly divided into two groups,which observation group with 49 cases was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy and control group with 49 cases was treated with methylprednisolone.The clinical effect and pulmonary function between two groups were observed and compared.Results The excellent rate and total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the levels of FEV1、FEV1/FVC and FEF75% in observation group were significantly increased(P0.05)after treatment,and were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05),while there were no significant differences in FEV1、FEV1/FVC and FEF75% in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy for COPD can enhance clinical effect,improve pulmonary function,which can be applied in clinic.
