Abstract
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Ang-1 in placenta from patients with preeclampsia. Methods The expression of Ang-1 were detected in placental from 30 normal3 pregnants women and 60 patients with preeclampsia ( 30 mild preeclampsia,30 severe preeclampsia) by immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of Ang-1 of placenta in normal pregnant, mind preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia groups were gradually increased, there were significant differences among them ( P 0. 05). Conclusion The changes of expressional levels of Ang-1 are related to the occurrence and development of preeclampsia.
