Observation of Rujiesan on the treatment of cyclomastopathy

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Rujiesan on the treatment of cyclomastopathy.Methods 160 patients with cyclomastopathy were randomly divided into two groups.80 patients in treatment group were treated by Rujiesan.80 cases in control group were treated by tamoxifen citrate tablets.The course was three weeks in two groups.Results The cure rate was 57.5% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 88.8%.The cure rate was 20.0% in the control group,and the total effective rate was 71.3%.The cure rate and the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P0.05).The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group.Syndrome score after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups(P0.05,P0.01).And the treatment group were significantly lower(P0.05).The recurrence rate was 8.7% in treatment group,the recurrence rate was 31.3% in the control group,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was better than the control group(P0.01),the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Rujiesan has good therapeutic effect,low recurrence rate and worthy of clinical application on cyclomastopathy.
