Clinical observation on Levofloxacine Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of gynecological diseases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levofloxacine Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of gynecological diseases and its pharmacological properties. Method The data of 80 cases of patients was analyzed,they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given with routine drug treatment,the experimental group was adopted Levofloxacin Injection treatment,the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effect of ideal treatment experimental group was 95%,It was higher than that of the control group( 85%)( P 0. 05); the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7. 5%,recurrence in 10% patients,it was lower than that of the control group( the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 17. 5%,the recurrence rate was 40%)( P 0. 05); the curative effects in the treatment of experimental group was 97. 5% satisfaction,it was higher than that of the control group( 82. 5%)( P 0. 05); the experiment group hospitalization( 10. 5 ± 1. 2) days after discharge,it was in the experimental group shorter than the control group( 16. 5 ± 1. 5) days( P 0. 05); ESR( erythrocyte sedimentation rate) of the blood rheologic indexes was improved obviously. Conclusion The symptoms of gynecological disease remission occurre obviously in the application of Levofloxacine Hydrochloride Injection,the ideal therapeutic effect and adverse reaction rate is relatively small,short course of treatment,and the recurrence rate is low,it is worth to promote the use.
