Abstract

Objective To observe the short-term and long-term therapeutic effect of acupoint injection combined with scraping in the treatment of infantile enuresis. Methods The selected 309 cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 153 cases in the treatment group, 156 cases in the control group. The treatment group was divided into 2 groups, treatment group one was given Astragalus Membranaceus Injection for acupoint injection and scrapping therapy, treatment group two was given nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on basis of treatment above. The control group was divided into 4 groups, 60 cases of control group one: oral Meclofenoxate; 30 cases of control group two: oral Kidney-Qi-Tonifying Pill; 36 cases of control group three:acupuncture therapy alone; 30 cases of control group four: behavior intervention therapy. The short-term and long-term therapeutic effects of all groups were observed. Results In 33 cases of treatment group one, the short-term cure rate was 72.73%,the total effective rate was 90.91%; the long-term cure rate was 60.61%, the total effective rate was 78.79%. In 120 cases of treatment group two, the short-term cure rate was 76.67%, the total effective rate was 91.67%; the long-term cure rate was55.00%, the total effective rate was 78.33%. In control group one, the short-term cure rate was 60.00%, the total effective rate was 70.67%; the long-term cure rate was 43.33%, the total effective rate was 61.67%. In control group two, the short-term cure rate was 63.33%, the total effective rate was 83.33%; the long-term cure rate was 56.67%, the total effective rate was 73.33%.In control group three, the short-term cure rate was 58.33%, the total effective rate was 69.44%; the long-term cure rate was47.22%, the total effective rate was 66.67%. In control group four, the short-term cure rate was 33.33%, the total effective rate was 43.33%; the long-term cure rate was 20.00%, the total effective rate was 33.33%. There were significant differences of cure rate and total effective rate among treatment group one with all control groups(P 0.01). Conclusion Astragalus Membranaceus Injection for acupoint injection combined with scraping in the treatment of infantile enuresis and that combined with nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile enuresis has reliable short-term and long-term therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
