Abstract
Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for content determination of paeonol in delayed-release microspheres. Methods:Chromatographic experiments were performed on Kromasil C18 column(40 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(52∶48).The detection wavelength was 274 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 30℃.Results:The linear range was 0.3124~7.810 0 μg/ml(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 97.11% with RSD=1.56%(n=3).Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of delayed-release paeonol microspheres.
