Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of paeonol in Tangshenkang granules. METHODS:HPLC was conducted. The column was Kromasil C18 with the mobile phase of methanol-water(43 ∶ 57,V/V)at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min;the detection wavelength was 274 nm;the temperature was 25 ℃ and the volume was 10 μ l. RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between the volume of paenol and the peak area in the range of 0.093 04-0.465 2 μ g(r=0.999 9);the RSD of precision, repeatability and stability test was no more than 1.56% and the average recovery was 98.33%(RSD=0.81%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate, replicable and can be used for the content determination of paeonol in Tangshenkang granules.
