Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of paeonol in Shuangdan Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography method.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was performed on SinoChrom ODS-BP C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol: 1% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution(60∶40).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the temperature of the column was 25℃,and the wavelength of detection was 274 nm.Results The linear relationship was good for paeonol within the range of 20-100 μg/ml(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 99.8% and the RSD was 0.22%(n=6).Conclusion High performance liquid chromatography method is simple and accurate for controlling the quality of Shuangdan Capsules.
