Analysis of Antimicrobial Drugs used in outpatients service

Abstract
The recent using condition of antimicrobial drugs in outpatient service in our hospital was analysed.1000 outpatient prescription samples in Oct, 2006 were randomly collected for the investigation.The use in terms of frequency,type and combined use of antimicrobial drugs were analysed. The results showed that the using rate of antimicrobial drugs in outpatient service was 20.90%,the rate of several drugs combined use was 7.26%. The rate of the rationality application was 84.7%.But the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs had be seen in clinic sometimes.Some corresponding should be worked out in order to improve the rationality in the clinical drugs application.
