Abstract

Objective To understand the use condition of the antimicrobial drugs in hospital outpatient service, to promote the rational usage about it. Methods Ten thousand prescriptions of antimicrobial drugs were selected randomly from June 2011 to June 2012 for statistical analysis. Results The utilization rate of antimicrobial prescriptions in the second half of 2011 and the first half of 2012 were 43.2% and 36.0%, and the below standard ratio were 42.5% and 7.6%, application of antimicrobial drugs in 2012 was improved. Conclusions The clinical application of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital is reasonable, but some aspects should be strengthened.
