Abstract

Objective analysis of outpatients′ antimicrobial prescription our application,provide the basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods retrospective method,antibacterial drugs in our hospital antimicrobial amount,varieties,such as using frequency order analysis.Results outpatient service 22 months antimicrobial use 78 varieties,and the amount of the highest proportion is a cephalosporin and quinolone drugs,DDDS sort of the first is quinolone,the second is cephalosporin;Outpatients′ antimicrobial prescription drugs account for 48.03% of the total amount,injection of antimicrobial antimicrobial total amount of the number of 52.12%,and oral antibacterial drugs accounted for 47.88%;Injection the highest frequency for cephalosporin drugs,oral drugs the highest frequency is quinolone drugs.Conclusion our hospital antimicrobial application outpatient service there is unreasonable phenomenon,pending further take measures to strengthen the reasonable standard drug use.
