Abstract
Objective To analyze the use of antibiotics in the outpatient department of our hospital,and promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs. Methods From 2013 April to September,a total of 7614 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected in our hospital,and the use of antimicrobial drugs of which were statistically analyzed. Results The antibiotics prescription number is 3318 in outpatient prescriptions,accounting for 43. 6%,including single antimicrobial prescription( 93.2%),two kinds of combined use of antimicrobial prescription( 6.8%),the unreasonable prescription( 3.3%). And oral antimicrobial use rate is 85%,antimicrobial drug injection using rate is 15%. Conclusion There are unreasonable phenomenon in the outpatient department of our hospital about the drug applications. We should strengthen the training,publicity and management,in order to improve the level of rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
