Abstract
[Objective]To understand the hygiene status of rural drinking water safety project in Yongding County of Fujian.[Methods] The unified rural drinking water safety supply basic situation questionnaire was filled,water quality inspection accorded to GB/T 5750-2006,evaluation was made according to GB 5749-2006.[Results] 60.0% of drinking water safety project source was surface water,40.0% was groundwater(mountain spring water occupied 36.7%);Sedimentation and filtration accounted for 86.7%.Pass rate of bacteriological indicators was relatively low(over standard rate of 36.1%).[Conclusion]Sedimentation and filtration were the main approach of rural drinking water safety engineering,without disinfection facilities or implementation.Supervision,daily health management and monitoring of water quality should be enhanced in rural water-improving projects.
