Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance and blood glucose of patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing implementation for type 2 diabetes on blood glucose and the effects of treatment compliance and clinical significance.Methods Diagnosed 70 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group(integrated care) and the control group(usual care) of the 35 cases,the control group was only the condition of patients treated with conventional primary care,psychological care given to the observation group,diet care,exercise care,medication guide,regular follow-up and a series of comprehensive care interventions,the application of statistical methods to compare two groups were analyzed treatment compliance,glycemic control,as well as nursing care and observation of indicators such as satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance of the intervention group was lower than the control group,the difference was extremely significant(P 0.01).Intervention group,control blood sugar was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Satisfaction with care and intervention group was 97.1%(34/35),satisfaction with care and the control group was 74.2%(26/35),two groups of the difference was nursing satisfaction,statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes care and the implementation of comprehensive interventions,its significantly improved treatment adherence,glycemic control is good,nursing satisfaction has improved markedly.
