System study on the effect of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with diabetes mellitus

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical care path for patients with diabetes and patient compliance.Methods: 240 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group have 120 cases,control group was given the general nursing,observer group on the basis of systematic nursing intervention.Results: Effect of blood glucose control in patients with two groups,self-management capacity at discharge compared with significant differences(P0.05).Observation group one day average hospital stay than the control group.Conclusion:Systematic nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of diabetes patients,improved more the treatment effect.
