The Clinical Efficacy of Golden Plaster Treatment of Inflammatory Mass

Objective:The clinical efficacy of golden plaster of the treatment of inflammatory mass.Methods:Our hospital since February 2010 to September 2011 that of 158 cases of PID treatment mass in patients,according to the principle of voluntary patients,the patients were randomly divided into control group(52 cases),the observation group(53 cases),the experimental group(53 cases).Control group using western ceftriaxone,tinidazole liquid treatment,observation group based enema up golden plaster,plaster golden experimental group were affected area every other day for a topical medication,7d to 10d for a course of treatment,three efficacy of treatment after statistical analysis.Results:The control group cured of 19 cases,improved in 16 cases,total effective rate was 67.31% in the observation group cured 30 patients,improved in 19 cases,total effective rate was 92.45%,the experimental group recovered in 27 cases,improved in 21 cases,total effective rate was 90.57% the observation group,the experimental group and control group,significantly higher efficiency(P0.05),the experimental group and observation group,the difference was not statistically significant treatment effect(P0.05).Conclusion:Golden cream alone or retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine in combination,are the treatment of inflammatory mass was significant,the cure rate is high,use golden plaster alone than with traditional Chinese medicine enema operation method is more simple,effective as reliable that is an effective treatment be worthy to referencetion.
