The Clinical Effect of the Treatment for Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Objective: To explore the effect of clinical treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Method: 130 cases of patients in our hospital from July 2000 to September 2012 with adhesive intestinal obstruction were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into treatment group and operation treating group with 65 cases in each group,the conservative treatment group on the basis of routine western medicine,was combined with the medicine,using the technology of nasogastric feeding and retention enema of traditional Chinese Medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion. operation group was used the conventional open operation treatment,the two groups were Observed and compared the effect. Result: The two groups of patients after a week's system treatment can be found that the conservative treatment group 31 cases were cured,23 cases improved,the number of effective treatment was 54 people. 7 cases were recurrence of a week after treatment,the clinical effective rate was 83. 05%,the recurrence rate was 10. 77%. Operation treatment group 20 cases were cured,22 cases were improved,effective number of 54 people,24 cases of recurrence of a week after treatment,the clinical efficacy was 64. 62%,the recurrence rate was 36. 92%.Compared the the efficiency and the rate of recurrence on the two groups of patients,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of conservative operation treating group and the difference have statistical significance. P0. 05. Conclusion: Conservative treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction has the advantages of satisfactory clinical effect and low recurrence rate that was worth to be popularized.
