Abstract
Aim: To study the inflammation of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and mycoplasma hominids(Mh)in the female genital duct and to analyze the drug sensitivities of the mycoplasma, so as to provide data for clinical reasonable use of medicine. Methods: Culture in vitro and drug sensitivity test were used in cerviced specimens from 1 118 female patients with genital inflammation. Results:There were 510 patients who had mycoplasma infection in the genital duct with a positive rate of 45.6%, among them 33.5% were infected by Uu and 0.6%, by Mh, and 11.5%,by Uu and Mh mixed. Most of the patients infected by mycoplasma were 20~40 years old(41.7%). The result of drug sensitivity test showed that Uu was more sensitive to jiaomycin(99.5%),cloriphromycin(96.0%),and doxycycline(95.2%), Uu+Mh to jiaomycin(84.4%), doxycycline(84.4%),minocycline(80.5%), and Mh to Jiaomycin(85.7%), minocycline(85.7%),and doxycycline(85.7%). Conclusion: Among mycoplasma infection in the female genital duct Uu takes the first place, and Uu+Mh, the second;the young women who have more sexual behaviors possesses the highest rate of mycoplasma infection;mycoplasma is resistant to many routine antibiotics.Josamycine, doxyclycline and minocycline are preferable for the treatment of mycoplasma infection.
