Abstract
Objective: To investigate the drug resistance of the Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hemynids (Mh) in female genital infection in vitro. Methods: The Mycoplasma culture and the drug resistance test were done in cervices specimens from 510 cases with female genital infection. Results: ①Among the positive Mycoplasma, Uu accounted for 73.5%, both Uu and Mh 25.1%, Mh only 1.4%, respectively. ②The top five drug resistant in Mycoplasma culture in vitro in order was CRA (65.7%), CFP (43.1%), ERY (40.0%), SPA (37.5%), and ROS (27.5%). ③ The rate of drug resistance over four-types of antibiotics in Uu species was 20.0%, while Uu plus Mh was 56.3%. Conclusions: ①Mycoplasma infection in the female genital tract commonly caused by Uu, then by Uu plus Mh, and less by Mh.② Mycoplasma test and drug sensitivity should be done in clinic as many species of Mycoplasma resist to routine antibiotics, and reasonable usage of antibiotics is necessary.
