Abstract

Objective To investigate the drug resistance of the ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hemynids(Mh) in female genital infection in vitro. Methods The Mycoplasma culture and the drug resistance test were done in cervical specimens from 234 cases with female genital infection. Results ①Among the cases with positive Mycoplasma,Uu accounted for 67.1%,both Uu and Mh 28.2%,Mh only 4.7%,respectively.②The top five drug resistant in Mycoplasma culture in vitro in order were CFP(61.96%),SPA(47.43%),ERY(44.01%),CRA(43.58%) and ROX(40.59%).③The rate of drug resistance over four-types of antibiotics in Uu species was 14.01%,while Uu plus Mh was 74.22%.Conclusion ①Mycoplasma infection in the female genital tract commonly caused by Uu,then by Uu plus Mh,and less by Mh.② Mycoplasma test and drug sensitivity should be done in clinic as many species of Mycoplasma resist to routine antibiotics, and reasonable usage of antibiotics is necessary.
